  I'll admit I was skeptical at first, but service was good and I would definitely give them another try.
  
  THE GOOD: Placed order around 9pm on a Friday night (last night). Was on hold for while and then disconnected on my first call. Called back and girl on the phone gave me $5 off, nice! Was quoted 45mins - 1hr for delivery. Pizza arrived at my front door, in 30 mins, piping hot! The pizza was loaded with ingredients and cheese. Perfect for the late night, cheese, carb craving. Plus at $17 for a medium, I couldn't complain.
  
  THE NOT-SO-GOOD: The pieces in the exact center were still soggy/dough-y, as if it had not been cooked thoroughly. We ended up scooping out the few middle pieces with a spatula and throwing them in the oven for a few more minutes. I wouldn't mind the edge pieces being a little more crispy and burnt if it meant the center was cooked all the way. I realize things can get crazy busy on a Friday night and since they gave us a stack of coupons I wouldn't mind giving it another try and updating my review at that time.

  We placed our order tonight at 7:15 pm. They said it'd be 45 minutes to 1 hour. At 8:45, we call and ask about the order. The woman on the phone says that it was never put in, but then she puts me on hold. When she comes back after the hold, she says that it will come at 9:00 pm. At 9:20 pm, we call again to ask about the order. The woman on the other end says that the delivery driver just got back, and he'll be taking our order now, so it should arrive in an hour, around 10:30 pm. That means that from when we called to when we got it, it would have been 3 hours. I ask if the order will be comped, and the woman on the other end sarcastically asked us, "You want us to pay you for being late?" There were people snickering, joking, and laughing in the background. Great customer service and business, Rosati's. Keep it up.

  I came across a worker name Giana she was so nice and the customer service was great ! I will be back at Rosati's thanks to the good service and great food

  The delivery ruined it for me. After waiting 45 minutes, my pizza showed up half smashed to one side.
  
  When I called to tell them about it, they told me I had to return the whole pizza and they would make me another one. Like, what were they going to do with it?! I saw through this tactic as a deterrent to return their product after really poor delivery.
  
  Soooo since they didn't want to put the customer first, now this is going to happen..two stars! See the picture.
